國泰東工電渣鋼
河南國泰東工電渣鋼有限公司是由濟源鋼鐵(集團)有限公司和東北大學(xué)工業(yè)技術(shù)研究院、沈陽(yáng)華盛公司共同投資組建的。目前一期已經(jīng)建成有全球最長(cháng)單支臂氣氛保護15T、25T電渣爐各1臺,可采用固定和抽錠兩種方式進(jìn)行生產(chǎn),其不交換電極(自耗電極長(cháng)10.4m)抽錠式氣氛保護工藝為世界首創(chuàng )。
本項目電渣重熔采用全封閉氣氛保護,可實(shí)時(shí)檢測腔內壓力及氧含量,保證鋼的高潔凈度;采用電極稱(chēng)重、同軸導電、電流擺動(dòng)控制,保證鋼錠重熔時(shí)的凝固對稱(chēng)性;熔化速度精準控制實(shí)現全自動(dòng)智能熔煉,保證精度及穩定性,進(jìn)一步提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
本項目抽錠工位電渣錠最大斷面為?900mm,錠重可達25t,錠高可達3000mm;固定工位電渣錠最大斷面為?1050mm,錠重可達15t,錠高可達3000mm。尤其是抽錠工藝生產(chǎn)的430X500X6000mm、?600 X 6000mm電渣錠可進(jìn)連續加熱爐加熱和連軋線(xiàn)軋制,生產(chǎn)高效、成材率高。該項目的投產(chǎn),標志著(zhù)我國電渣鋼生產(chǎn)再上一個(gè)新臺階。
主要產(chǎn)品有軍工軸承用鋼、鐵路軸承用鋼、風(fēng)電軸承用鋼、高端模具用鋼和高端齒輪用鋼等,廣泛地應用于交通運輸、能源、國防工程、航空航天、石油化工、海洋工程、機械制造等關(guān)乎國民經(jīng)濟及國家安全的重要領(lǐng)域。
Henan Guotai Donggong Electroslag Steel Co., Ltd. is a joint investment by Henan Jiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., NEU Industrial Technology Research Institute, and Shenyang Huasheng Company. The first phase has been completed with the installation of the world’s longest single-arm atmosphere-protected 15T and 25T electroslag furnaces, which can be used for production using both fixed and ingot extraction methods. Its non-exchangeable electrode (self-consuming electrode length of 10.4m) withdrawal type atmosphere-protected process is a world-first innovative achievement.
The project utilizes fully enclosed atmosphere protection for electroslag remelting, enabling real-time monitoring of chamber pressure and oxygen content to ensure high cleanliness of the steel. It adopts electrode weighing, coaxial conduction, and current swing control to guarantee symmetrical solidification during steel remelting. Precise control of melting speed achieves full-automatic intelligent smelting, ensuring accuracy and stability, thereby further enhancing product quality.
The maximum cross-section of the electroslag ingot at the withdrawal station in the project is ?900mm, with a maximum ingot weight of 25t and a maximum ingot height of 3,000mm; at the fixed station, the maximum cross-section of the electroslag ingot is ?1,050mm, with a maximum ingot weight of 15t and a maximum ingot height of 3,000mm. Particularly noteworthy are the 430×500×6,000mm and ?600×6,000mm electroslag ingots produced through the withdrawal process, which can be heated in continuous heating furnaces and processed in continuous rolling lines, resulting in efficient production and high yield. The commissioning of the project signifies a new milestone in electroslag steel production in China.
The main products include steel for military bearings, railway bearings, wind power bearings, high-end mold steel, and high-end gear steel. They are widely used in important fields related to national economy and security, such as transportation, energy, national defense projects, aerospace, petrochemicals, marine engineering, and mechanical manufacturing.
